MEDITATIONS

 

 

 

What are Meditations?

 

The Art of Meditation (AOM) is an effortless and powerful technique that allows conscious mind to experience the silent depths of its own nature. Meditation encompasses a variety of practices that are different whilst holding the basic principles of consideration and quiet thought to bring about a state of rumination.

 

Brain scans collected by a researcher called Richard Davidson show that during meditation, activity in the left prefrontal cortex (associated with positive emotions) greatly exceeded activity in the right prefrontal cortex (home of anxiety and other negative emotions).

 

Benefits of Meditations are:

 

  • to help an individual cope with medical problems, stress and anxiety by way of thought, contemplation, and reflection.

 

  • decrease in blood pressure.

 

  • improvement in breathing due to the increase in air flow that gets to the lungs.

 

  • lowering of the heart rate to help reduce stress.

 

  • improve moods, memory, resulting in less moodiness and depression.

 

  • improve clarity and deep inner peace.

 

  • assisiting your ascension to higher dimensions

 

 

It does not matter if you have not done any meditations before, the classes are suitable for beginners and for more advanced individuals (depending on the class).

 

You do not have to bring anything with you, (unless stipulated on the event) although we suggest that you dress in casual comfortable clothing and maybe bring a blanket to wrap around your shoulders.

 

Meditations will usually be held in a seated position on a chair, unless you prefer to lay down then please bring a cushion with you.

 

ELEMENTAL MEDITATIONS - EARTH, FIRE, AIR, WATER, SPIRIT

 

DATES TO BE ARRANGED - FOR 5 WEEKS

TIME: 7PM - 9.00PM

 

ELEMENTAL MEDITATIONS that help you to relieve and release anxieties, build your confidence, meet your guides/angels, meet your power aninals, which element are you requiring more or less of?

 

Information and worksheets will be supplied, along with refreshments.

 

Bring your own cushions, blankets and eye masks.

 

For the 5 week course of meditations the investment is £30 paid in advance,

or £10 each session.

 

There are strictly a limited number of places so book early.

 

The sessions are being run at Crystal Serenity, Shelf, Halifax.
